How We Solved Your Challenge
With TrustCloud’s Smart Notifications feature, your team will be notified in the app and over email when important events occur in your TrustOps, and important tasks will be automatically prioritized to make them top-of-mind. The important task notifications focus on critical compliance activities such as tests, controls and policies failing. Other tasks include controls and systems that are newly assigned, and policies that need approval. This gives each team member a focused view into what actions they need to take, to help keep the company compliant.

“Smart Notifications” is the first of several Workflow Automation features that we are releasing over the next few weeks. Together, these features will give compliance admins an easy way to distribute the work to the rest of their team, and for team members to get notified with clear action items that they’re responsible for.

Workflow Automation: Delegation and Risk Analysis for Groups
Your organization is divided into several groups: Engineering, IT, HR, DevOps, Legal, etc. Invite the people in charge of each group into your compliance program, and TrustOps will automatically distribute compliance responsibilities for each group to its respective owner. With this update, compliance admins and company leadership get visibility into pending tasks and progress within each group, as well as a group-level summary of risk.
