An optional segment column to the knowledge base import
Exciting new updates to your knowledge base import process! We’ve added an optional segment column and introduced a refreshed, enhanced import template, making data management and organization smoother and more efficient. This makes it easy to manage knowledge base entries by segment to make the AI pre-fills more effective.
An additional cc: field when inviting new users to TrustShare
We have now included a cc: field that can be populated when you Invite New User to your TrustShare portal. This is very useful especially if emails to the invitee are getting caught in ‘spam folders’ and will enable you to forward the email to the invited user from your email id.
