Our teams are always hard at work improving the TrustCloud platform. Here are this month’s biggest updates.
Introducing our ServiceNow integration! This is a bidirectional integration with ServiceNow to pull ticket details into TrustCloud. Teams can create new ServiceNow tasks in TrustCloud and attach ServiceNow links as evidence to your tests. The integration also supports automatic task creation from TrustCloud. Just go to Admin -> Connected Apps, where you can automate task creation.
TrustShare
Big updates to the Chrome extension. The Chrome extension now has a brand new UI! It’s also updated to use the Chrome side panel and provides support for GraphAI to help automatically fill in questionnaires in external portals. We also provide more support for “Where did this answer come from?” And just to make your life a little easier, you’ll be automatically logged in to the Chrome extension when you’re logged into the TrustCloud web app.
Associate all segment types with a questionnaire. Now you can associate all segments with a questionnaire, not just product segments. You’ll also see an updated questionnaire flow that allows you to select all segments.
Enhanced TrustCloud collaborator experience. Collaborators can now attest to policies via employee attestation workflows.
TrustLens
Documentation is live! Get a full overview of TrustLens, third-party risk assessments, and how to use TrustLens. Check out the documentation here.
Updated vendor views. View vendor documents in a table format instead of in the previous card format. The update also displays vendor locations and certifications outside selected areas.
Coming (very) soon: Vendor list includes tags and the ability to filter and search by tags. That means a much easier search experience when you’re looking for vendors in TrustLens.
TrustOps
Performance and Quality Enhancements. Delivering a fast, bug free, frictionless experience is a baseline expectation for us. Over the last month we have made considerable improvements to the TrustOps experience to enhance the speed and performance of key control, test, evidence, and system pages.
Improved Audit Exports. We know audits are stressful and we want to make them easier. You now have access to an improved export experience with more options for customizability including date ranges, custom audit scopes, custom frameworks, and a revised folder structure.
Archive and reset audits available for all. You can now use the Audit Dashboard to archive previous audits and start a new one. Your favorite support rep might miss you, but they’ll still be there when you need to say hello. You’ll also see editing UI enhancements for auditors and a revamped overall UI.
Custom control categories. This exciting release has everything:
- The capability to better categorize imported controls and improve the TrustShare experience
- The ability to assign multiple categories to controls and the ability to filter controls based on those categories
- New widgets for control assurance status by category and system health data classification
- A new system assurance report that allows you to easily understand system compliance status
- A new data classification report that provides a snapshot of how secure and assured systems are based on the type of data they process
TrustRegister
Risk register weekly email digest. Now your compliance and risk admins can receive weekly notifications about their team’s risk register. You’ll get summaries about upcoming risk due dates, newly-created risks, and residual risk updates.
New Risk ID functionality. Now you can set a custom ID for a risk during creating and updating as well as share the link for review with internal stakeholders
Risk name is now a link. The risk register is getting even easier to use. This new enhancement makes items in the Risk Name column a link so you can quickly get to the Risk Details page for a particular risk.
