The challenge
When James Scheffler joined DataRobot, the security questionnaire process was cumbersome and time-consuming.
“When I started at DataRobot, they had about a ten business day turnaround just internally.”

“It was entirely manual, where the team would manage security questionnaires by looking up questions and answers in a spreadsheet and copying and pasting,”
James explained.

The solution
